Excellent customer service. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, and the apartment was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment in lovely Tynemouth

The apartment was ideally located to access Tynemouth and the surrounding area. There is an excellent public transport network. It is a short walk to numerous pubs and restaurants, also the large market on Saturday and Sunday. The flat was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

− bedding was stained,old,musty pillows were stained and ome had no pillow protectors. also plows protectors stained. all needs to be thrown out .when I complained staff were quick to try and rectify to the best they could

Fabulous location for coastline, centre of Tynemouth & aquarium.

Great location with spacious rooms & decor to a really good standard. Would stay again & recommend.

− Nothing to dislike but would have liked a socket to reach bedroom mirror for hairdryer etc and a handrail for the bath. Toilet seat loose.
