Good stay but all apartments way.
8.0I liked the location and the warmth and comfort of the apartment
− I didn't like the idea that all contact was via email and their rules were it. People on the communication number very polite but stuck to the rules you just had to accept it. I thought it a bit mean of the company to charge 20 pounds to stay in the apartment to 12 on the 23rd.

− The whole experience of dealing with the hosts. Although they made a big thing about a dedicated parking space it was already used. I reported it and they made an excuse that they don't manage it. I reported it again the next day and they then said I should have reported it the first time. Ill never go to this apartment again purely because of the hosts who manage it.

8.0Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very convenient location, easily accessible to town and transport to London. Simply love it.
− Cooking utensils are quite overused, would be nice if they can be changed. Would be a good idea if they can add a shelf or small cabinet in the toilet for clothes and accessories.

Filthy apartment
1.0− Filthy apartment. Overpowering stench of Indian cooking throughout. Every kitchen utensils was covered in dried food or oil. Windows black with dirt and a pile of wet, used towels waiting for us upon arrival. Truly unacceptable
