Nice location - the house needs lots of work and cleaning.
4.0We loved the location! Very short walk to the beach. We visit the Cape every year and this is the first time we have stayed at this property.
− There are several things we did not like about this property. For one, the driveway is very narrow and barely fit both vehicles. Also, the shrubbery is very grown-up, and there are briars everywhere. My mother tripped and fell on the first day trying to get to the stairs. We also killed numerous cockroaches that were absolutely huge inside the house. The laundry room is downstairs by itself in an outside closet and it was very nasty with lots of rat droppings. The water pressures were very weak- toilets had to be flushed multiple times. Our room had a nasty smell and we found a dirty diaper under the bed on the last day. The plug ins were loose and our chargers, hair dryers, etc would barely stay plugged in. I would not recommend this property.

10.0We love how close it is to the beach as well as how quiet it is. It is never crowded so we can enjoy ourselves and our girls have the best time.
− We have stayed here before so we know what to expect. If you can't do stairs, this is not the place as it is 3 stories.
Beautiful house! Great location! Walking distance to the beach and 1 minute drive from the Cape Trading Post.
9.0We the proximity to the beach. It was the first house behind the beachfront homes. Access to the beach was very easy. The home was decorated beautifully! The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the ocean. We also appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. We also loved how close it was to the Cape Trading Post! It was only 2 driveways over from it.
− It needed a few minor repairs. On the top floor ceiling, there was a bit of old water damage that needed to be repaired. The downstairs bathroom had a small amount of mold on the blinds and inside of the shower handle. We also thought that the pillows were a bit thin and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have some basic spices in the kitchen.

10.0The walk to the beach was quick, which is a plus with little ones. We loved the small family atmosphere and the fact the beach was not crowded. We were able to enjoy every bit of it.
− The stairs are a little rough when you have to keep going up and down.

10.0The beach access is right across from the house. Our kids could walk back to the house without us worrying about them getting kidnapped. Very safe relaxed feel.
− The steps in the house. For a mom with bad knees, I should have chosen a house with less steps.
