The room was extremely clean, tidy, and spacious, with excellent facilities. The host thoughtfully provided plenty of drinking water, soft drinks, coffee, and snacks, which made the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The host was also incredibly friendly and warm, and their dog was absolutely adorable. We had a wonderful stay.

Sue and Brian are very caring and the room is calm, well equipped and lots of kind attention has been put in the organization, from the bubble bath products to the mini fridge already full at your arrival. Mottingham itself felt very safe even at night, which was one of my main focuses since i travel alone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here, and it is easily one of our favorite places we’ve ever booked in London. From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Brian and Sue, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality is unmatched, they are incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful hosts who truly care about their guests' comfort. The house itself is beautiful, impeccably kept, and with a beautiful garden. It was such a relaxing space to return to after a busy day exploring the city. We were also incredibly impressed by how complete the amenities were; Brian and Sue have thought of literally everything you could possibly need for a seamless, comfortable stay. We enjoyed every minute of our time here and will definitely be returning on our next trip to London. Thank you, Brian and Sue, for being such fantastic hosts! We already miss you and Harry of course!

We liked everything! The place was absolutely lovely, so welcoming, homey and cosy. Everything that you could need was provided in the room and the bedroom and bathroom were very nice. Bed was really comfortable, we even arrived during a heatwave and were provided with a fan that was so quiet we managed to sleep very well through the night! Brian and Sue were excellent hosts and we just felt very comfortable throughout our whole stay. The location is also great if you are visiting London as there is a train station 3 minutes away which gets you to central London in less than 20 minutes.
