6.0Das Haus lag in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Man war in 10 Minuten im Zentrum und am Strand. Schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter und auch eine schnelle Antwort
− Das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Die Pfannen waren zum Teil noch fettig. Die Waschmaschine war schimmelig. Ich würde darin nichts waschen wollen. Die Parkplatzsituation war heikel. Ich mußte teils 15 Minuten entfernt vom Haus entfernt parken weil keine Parkplätze in der Nähe zur Verfügung standen. Der Garten war ungepflegt,

7.0The location was excellent, nice & quiet. Small but comfortable especially the beds. Nice courtyard garden pebbled & secluded. Whitstable is lovely, good shops, great walks nice restaurants & nearby Tankerton is lovely as well.
− Sadly, we had no water on day 2 which we did not find out about & only did as restaurant cancelled our booking . However, we did hear from the owner nxt day & bottled water was immediately brought round. We did go home 1 night before due for our comfort & nowhere was open anyway. This water problem was all through Kent & not the fault of the owner. Hopefully go back another time

10.0Beautiful clean and comfy cottage. Exactly like the photos. Will definitely stay again
− Heating settings were difficult to get right.. but we were pretty intoxicated by this point so likely not due to the instructions :)
It’s not beautiful and it’s not a cottage-the property needse- a lot of love and investment.
4.0Bedrooms were fine but not enough spare bedding so we had to cover the beds with mattress protectors to try to keep warm
− Freezing cold when we arrived and no instructions to use boiler as boiler and controls were different to those described in the booklet. Worst Christmas Eve ever had! Windows were filthy, most of the furniture and lighting was very old/broken and generally the property needed some investment. Unable to park close by. Photos very misleading. Black painted floorboards needed renovating. Kitchen also needed renovation-taps in sink broken and no tea towels.
