Schlechte Sauberkeit
5.0Lage ist super wenn man die öffentlichen nutzt. Fußläufig auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
− Leider war unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr enttäuschend. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem schlechten Zustand: Der Zahnputzbecher war stark verklebt, benutztes Geschirr lag im Gefrierfach, und Besteck sowie Kochutensilien waren nicht sauber. Ein völlig verschmutzter Wischer stand mitten im Raum, und es waren nur vier Betten bezogen, obwohl wir für fünf Personen gebucht hatten. Lose Schrauben, Scharniere und Holzstücke lagen herum, und Schrauben, die zur Befestigung der Holzdielen gedacht waren, standen ab – man blieb beim Laufen daran hängen. Ein Bett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung und war kaum nutzbar. Am Folgetag wurde das Wasser komplett abgestellt – ohne vorherige Information, nur ein Aushang im Flur wies darauf hin. Der Check-in verlief ebenfalls problematisch, da der übermittelte Zahlencode für das Schlüsselfach falsch war. Trotz Meldung an den Vermieter und zusage das gehandelt wird, wurde nichts unternommen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt durch Sauberkeitsmängel, schlechte Organisation und fehlende Kommunikation stark beeinträchtigt. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Zentrale Lage, Preis-Leistung ok
4.0Optik modern aber alles etwas instabile, dauert ewig bis man warmes Wasser hat! Gut ausgestattete Küche.

− L’eau du robinet de la salle de bain et de l’évier de la cuisine était glacée (peu pratique l’hiver). Il aurait été appréciable d’avoir un livret d’accueil pour expliquer où se trouve par exemple le code wifi ou comment fonctionne la télé.
