5.0− 予約した際にホテルに連絡する必要があり、鍵の受け取りやチェックインについて確認する必要があります。 前日に確認し、到着後に再度電話頂ければ電子キーの番号を教えると言われてましたが、実際は物理キー。。。 案内と異なっていたため電話して、鍵を持ってきて欲しい旨を伝えましたが、20分後にきたおじさんは系列ホテルでチェックインしてくれの一点張りで、何のためにおじさんはきたのか。。。 結局、系列ホテルまで往復して最終的に到着後1時間たってから入室できました。 施設は素敵なものの、教育とフォローは残念でした。
