Really nice big, well-equipped and comfortable flat in an excellent location for the University of Sheffield and within a few minues walk of the city centre and restaurants. The flat is quiet depite being on the ground floor and next to a busy road.

− This is an excellent flat, but it would be nice if the landlord (1) could clean the outside windows, (2) fit better blinds as the flat is ground floor and you have a choice between provacy and being a bit in the dark and (3) put a proper clothes storage place in the bedroom.

Excellent location in an atmospheric area of Sheffield right next to the University of Sheffield and within easy walking distance of the city centre and lots of authentic Chinese restaurants; there is a tram stop right nearby. The flat is also very spacious and comfortable, convient to work in (if you are coming for business or academic purposes) and has good cooking facilities. The building itself is historic and attractive. There is lots of car parking space.

− The flat is on the ground floor and quite a few cars and pedestrian go past, but the sound insulation is good and there are good blinds for privacy. The windows could also do with a clean. It would nice to have some cupboards / drawers for clothes given the size of the flat.

Comfortable, stylish lounge and everything worked exactly as it should. Car parking is convenient and easy entry to flat. Area is good for the University and a 15 minute walk to City Centre

Good directions and parking Good size rooms, good furnitures. Would be a fine stay if there was any quality of customer care. There was none! No maintenance, poor upkeep , poor cleaning and lack of customer care!. Result was very poor stay. Should have costs returned in full for dirty and poorly maintained apartment.

− Not clean, previous tenants pot noodles in kitchen cupboard, shower door roller broken, shower door fell off, cold, no heating! No instructions in manual , hot towel rail stone cold, no way of turning it on, duvet dirty and stained, under bed never been cleaned or hoovered, windows ( secondary glazing) filthy, could hardly see out, debris between glazing, probably never cleaned since conversion. In a property at over £100 per night and a full kitchen I would have expected a few coffee sachets and milk pods or small bottle of water in the fridge. Nothing! Fine building , v poor management and maintenance . Will expect full refund
