Lovely apartment in good location.
9.0A lovely apartment with lots of character in a quirky, art precinct that is on a bus route and quite convenient to the Old Town. Everything was very clean and comfortable, the owner going above and beyond in providing everything their guests might need - tea and coffee, washing machine and clothes rack, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. The apartment was not actually numbered and there are numbers. 21 A, B, C but we found the lockbox easily enough next to a door in the right-hand corner of the courtyard and getting in was simple.

Tiesiog tobula, jei nekreipsi dėmesio į smulkmenas!
10.0Visais atžvilgiais labai vykęs butukas - švaru, tvarkinga, jauku, ypatingai meniškas kiemelis. Puiki virtuvėlė. Daug apgalvojų detallių, pvz., didelį šiukšlių dėžė. Malonu, kad pats gali reguoliuti šildymą, nes neretai šeimininkai persistengia, prišildo per daug. O čia pradžioje nejungėme šildymo (duju katilas kampinėje spintelėje), tik grįžę po koncerto. prišyla per 15-20 min, o vanduo- l. greitai. Greta filharmonija, arti Muzikinis teatras, Laisvės alėja, netoli ir iki Žalgirio arenos. Vieta tyki, kaimynų negirdėjome. Kiemelis apskritai vienintelis toks pasaulyje. L. paslaugi šeimininkė, buvo galima įsikelti jau 12:35!!! Atsiuntė durų nuotraukas, l. padėjo, nes įėjimas tolimiausiame kiemo kampe :) Puikus kainos/kokybės santykis, jei tik bus galimybė, kitos viešnagės Kaune metu vėl čia apsistosime.
− (1)Čiužinys galėtų būti kietesnis, minkštokas, lyginant ne tik su namų, bet ir su vidutinišku viešbučių čiužinių kietumu. Tačiau čia skonio reikalas, svarbu, kad neišgulėtas. (2) Nakty miegamajame per daug šviesu - žaliuzės galėtų būti tamsesnės, nepraleistų tiek daug šivesos. (3) Virtuvė baldų durėlės garsiai trinksi - nėra blum furnitūros (galėtų būti bent jau toms, už kurių šiukšlių dėžė), nors šiais baldai tikrai ne patys pigiausi, ne iš Ikėjos. (4) Siaurokas įvažiavimas. Mums su 4,2 m ilgio tojota įvažiuoti nebuvo sunku, bet su toyota tundra ar 600-uoju mersedesu tai būtų itin sudėtinga. (5) Kiek tamsoka, nes langai į kiemelį, į šiaurę. bet būnu ir kurkas blogiau, gelbsti dideli langai.
