9.0The caravan was very clean
− Wasn't as the description on booking.com it had no washer and no WiFi which is a big put off for booking through booking.com again

7.0The accommodation was comfortable and clean . Unfortunately we were not put in the static that we had booked for . A few hick ups , but the accommodation itself was fine. Lovely to find really sharp knives .
− First of all we had an app to download that explained all the rules of the site and how everything operated . The first thing on the app, explained that the details of wifi/password would be in the static . There is NO WI-FI at the site . You are on mobile data . I appreciate it's a small site and it's not a deal breaker, but it is miss leading. Secondly, we had no outside furniture on the veranda, as was depicted in the photo when booking. My partner did go into the office, and they did find us 2 wooden chairs . Thirdly, I loaded the dishwasher and set it going with a full load to find it. It didn't wash a pot . It meant I then had to unload everything and wash by hand . My partner went into the office the following morning, and was told, " Oh, sorry I forgot to tell you , it was broken. We have a replacement here, but no one has to fit it yet . Last but not least , going back to the app, it explains about recycling, which I duly did. Only to find at the bins , there was no separation, and everything got thrown in together. Once again , it is very misleading
Had a lovely time meeting family , would recommend this site to friends.
