Muy amplio y limpio.
− Ubicación un poco apartada de restaurantes y servicios en general, en la zona solo hay edificios. Portal no adaptado, hay que subir escaleras para tomar el ascensor, es un edificio antiguo. No hay aire acondicionado, sólo ventilador.
