Awesome location, comfortable lodgings, and excellent staff
9.0Place was amazing, especially at the price. But keep in mind, this is not a typical hotel-style resort: rooms are all located off shared kitchens and bathrooms. So if you travel with a group and rent all the rooms connected to the common area(s), it's an amazing setup. We stayed in the three-room larger upper residence and had a huge outdoor porch with a lot of seating and a big table for playing cards and eating and such. And the staff was super-friendly (like all Belizeans are) and incredibly helpful.
− The only VERY minor thing I would mention is that some of the photos I saw on Maps suggest this is closer to the beach than it is. It's across the street about 100 yards from the shore, so no big deal there. Just know that it's not RIGHT ON the beach.

Lovely village and very comfortable stay.
7.0Quiet setting with plenty of outdoor space to relax. Nearby excellent coffee and breakfast cafe. Nice kitchen if you book in guest shared space. Walking distance to good restaurants, beach and activities.
