7.0− Komunikacja wyłącznie w języku hiszpańskim, konieczność przesłania zdjęć dokumentów tożsamości wszystkich osób przebywających w obiekcie, niewyrzucone śmieci pozostawione przez poprzedniego najmującego (w tym niedopałki papierosów, które przez cały praktycznie nasz pobyt pozostawiły nieprzyjemny zapach w kuchni), niewystarczająca ilość środków czystości - w łazienkach po jednej rolce papieru na kilkudniowy pobyt dla trzech osób (niby drobiazg ale...)

− Mucho ruido de tráfico, circunstancia ajena al alojamiento. Un pelín corto de cubiertos de la cocina por poner un pero.
