10.0the outdoor parts of the property was amazing, the outdoor furniture with the outdoor lighting made it a delight to spent time outside by night to the sound of the rushing stream. it was by far the most child freindly place we've stayed yet, the outlet covers really had us pleasantly suprised.
Over all it was a nice and quiet stay. I would recommend them again.

Great location, lovely spot acked up to a pretty stream near Livingston Manor Center.
9.0The location is excellent! beautiful stream right behind. We were near an event we were attending in the area.
We appreciated the owners prompt response time. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend the cottage!
