9.0Loved that the code was sent to us and we did not have to mess with keys. It was great seeing the deer in the neighborhood.
− Check in was slightly frustrating since our one guest had forgotten her drivers license. It was ridiculous that she had her car registration and a work ID but they still made one of us, drive up to the Guest center at 10:30pm, show them our ID and then they let her in--- not really sure what the point of that was despite having her name on the approved check in list. Batteries need changed in some of the split unit remotes. They did not work.

Nice place to spend a few days with the family.
9.0It was a nice, clean location. With all necessary equipment. The vibe of the house was nice. Didn’t use the barbecue grill but it was nice that one was available. Quaint porch for a nice cup of coffee.
− It wasn’t so much about the property but the details listed on the property. The first line on the description says villa has a private pool. However, it’s actually multiple pools located in the community that require $12/person/day to access the pools. That detail would have been nice to know from the beginning so families can budget their trip accordingly. Other than that the pools are nice and kid friendly.
