− The welcoming was so bad 😞 that Debbie is racist and this 300 of coming late was so bad I was crying the way she treated me ,so no more I will book there, this 1500 cash send Ow , we were not even greeted,, I will not advise my friends to book there😭😭😭😭😭😭

9.0The house was very well appointed and comfortable with good sea view.The jacuzzi was great.
− The check in process is too complicated..A cash deposit of R1500 must be handed over to an agent.Our friends did check in for us as we could only get there after 5 pm which would incur a late check in fee.They had to inform the agent of their whereabouts en route but were kept waiting for a good while even though a check in time had been given.An eft for a deposit would be more user friendly.
