Location very good, with Colosseum just down the street. Local supermarket within a few steps. Excellent restaurant recommendation from host who met us at the property. Property is very compact but perfect for a couple of nights. Very clean and well equipped.

Excellent stay, would recommend. Check-in was very smooth. Mr Emerson contacted us beforehand to confirm our exact arrival time, was waiting at the property, and explained everything clearly. We appreciated the complimentary wine. The location is very convenient: A supermarket is very close to the apartment for daily essentials. The Colosseum is just 5 minutes away. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the metro station is 10 minutes on foot. It was raining during our stay, so I asked for the heaters to be switched on. The service staff came promptly and fixed it. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

The location was excellent, with a view of the Colosseum at the end of the street! There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby at affordable prices. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. The host was very attentive, welcoming us in person and explaining how everything worked. They were also quick to respond to our messages and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary tea, seasonings, soap, and perfume, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

− The only minor issue was that the bedroom window didn’t seem to be fully sealed, allowing some street noise to come in. This made me feel slightly less secure, although the window had security bars. Overall, it was just a small detail and didn’t significantly affect our stay.

The accommodation was in the best location for our trip as it was just minutes walk to the Colosseum, and still a walkable distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Cosy and well equipped home with everything we needed, tucked away from the main road through a private entrance. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out.

На няколко минути от Колизеума. На една минута от супермаркет. За семейна двойка стаята е напълно достатъпна, но за трима човека е на ръба на проблем. Има всички кухненски удобства - съдове, микровълнова фурна, кафеварка с капсули, кубинска кафеварка, хладилник. Имахме подарък бутилка вино, вода, няколко капсули кафе и чай.

− Не е твърде шумно, но все пак шума от улицата се чува, особено сутрин, около 6:00, камион за събиране на боклуци може да ви събуди. Чува се системно и звук от електродвигател - вероятно асансьор или хидрофор.
