9.0The location was amazing. We within walking distance of a lot of shops and a few restaurants, but we rented a golf cart to be able to get around the whole island. We loved being on the canal and saw manatees almost every day. I wish they had some beach chairs to utilize, but other than that, the place was pretty well stocked. I would use them again.

Lovely place and would stay again but some big frustrations with AMI locals.
8.0Great quiet location. Looking out over the water at the back of the property was lovely. Quite well equipped and clean.
− The alarm that could not be switched off, unable to reach company running the property, cockroach. The company running the property (AMI locals) could not be reached at any stage. They asked for a long waiver to be signed and also demanded a criminal background check but their links didn’t work and they did not respond to any messages. I assume it’s just a computer as they only send automated messages. Property had a child alarm that could not be switched off, meaning every time you come in from outside it goes off. It’s very loud so means you need to keep 1 adult inside at all times. There were cockroaches inside, I guess this can’t always be avoided.
