− .Die Lärmbelastung ist extrem hoch, da die Straße sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts stark befahren ist. Die Gastgeber haben hierauf kaum Einflussmöglichkeiten – Abhilfe könnten höchstens eine Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung auf 20–30 km/h sowie Bremsschwellen schaffen. Zudem läutet die Glocke der lediglich 200 Meter entfernten Kirche zu jeder vollen und halben Stunde, teilweise auch zu unregelmäßigen Zeiten. Dabei entspricht die Anzahl der Schläge der jeweiligen Uhrzeit. Nachts ist in der Wohnung zudem ein feuchter Geruch wahrnehmbar. Darüber hinaus ist der Wasserabfluss in der Dusche defekt. Wir haben 2 Wochen gebucht und waren gezwungen nach einer Woche uns eine andere Unterkunft aussuchen.

10.0The property was amazing with all the amenities needed, the hosts were very nice and welcoming , explained everything to me and my family. They even gave us a welcoming gift (freshly picked oranges from the property's garden) that we had access too. Very responsive and they also made sure to hand us everything needed. Kitchen was very well equipped, wi-fi was fast and the neighborhood was very quiet and calm, we had an amazing stay.

8.0la localisation, les 3 terrasses accessibles sur le toît avec magnifique vue sur le Teide, le grand lit très confortable, l'équipement de la cuisine, l'accueil et la gentillesse de Candido, notre hôte!
− Petits points faibles : le chauffe eau un peu faible pour 2 douches ( mais Candido va y remédier!) , l'évacuation de la douche ( mais ventouse à disposition).
