9.0Location. Nice room, smart TV. Price not unreasonable. Very nice owners willing to assist with any issues. Plenty of bus connections. Plus Ancona is such a great destination.

7.0Die Lage ist super. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage gegenüber macht das Anreisen mit dem Auto unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist freundlich eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse ok, der Kaffee aus der Nespresso Maschine ist wirklich gut und es gibt genügend Kapseln.
− Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße ... das war tatsächlich ziemlich laut. Das Einchecken war für uns echt stressig, weil die Steuer-IDs abgefragt wurden (sic!). Wer die im Urlaub bei sich hat? Daher dieses Mal nur 7 Punkte.
