− No bins in bathrooms, some of the kitchen utensils and fry pans are bit dated and need to be replaced

A lovely large and comfortable home to suit large groups
9.0Bedrooms equaled bathrooms. Great kitchen area. Enough space for 8 adults & 7 kids. Hairdryers in every bathroom. Reasonably close to everything.
− Definitely needs at least another TV in the downstairs area. We couldn't get the garage door to lock and it would only open and close manually. Need at least one bedside lamp in each bedroom. The spa needs to be warmer during the cooler months.

8.0The house is beautiful and very well furnished, the facilities are good as well.
− Beds were not comfortable at all, every one from the family had a very bad sleep, the quality of mattress is very cheap and the pillows were too high and hard. A lot of us ended up sleeping on the couch instead of the bedroom.

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
