− Meiega ei suheldud. Esimesel põhtul me broneeritud öömaja võtmeid ei saanud ja pidime uue hotelli otsima, mis oli kallis ja keeruline leida. Olime ahastuses. Lubati tagastada tekkinud lisakulud, aga siiani pole seda tehtud.
