Beautiful house in a quiet area of Berkeley.
9.0This is a beautiful house in a quiet street in Berkeley. We had the Maple suite, it was clean and comfortable. The house has great character, it’s so much nicer to stay in a place like this rather than a hotel with no soul in my opinion. There’s a small communal kitchen if you need it. We never saw another person during our 2 night stay.

8.0Zimmer mit Balkon. Schönes Badezimmer. Grosses Schlafzimmer. Schönes Quartier. Parkplatz neben dem Haus.
− Ausstattung der Küche: fehlendes Besteck (Messer und kleine Löffel) zu kleine Pfannen und zu wenig Pfannen. Badewanne: Wasser läuft kaum ab. Haus zu ringhörig.. Foto auf booking.com von der Aussicht stimmt nicht. Diese hat man vom Haus aus nicht.

8.0Close to the UC, but not too close. Regular nice neighborhood not so far from some shops on the street. It was interesting to see all the different architectural and gardening decisions in the neighborhood. Plus my other family members really liked the accommodations as well.
− Balcony off one of the bedrooms was difficult to access. Had some trouble with the hot water on the shower as well.
