Yury was an excellent host. Extremely responsive. The home was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is excellent, very near the beach. Very near the town center. Coffee shop 100 meters away.

− A couple of the mini split air conditioners had a hard time keeping up with the heat with four teenagers coming and going. But that’s if I had to split hairs.

− Property was not cleaned from the previous guests. Property manager was stumbling around, only wearing shorts - no shirt or shoes. We did not stay.

10-plus! We liked EVERYTHIG of the Sky House!! Yuri, the host/owner is a very nice person, friendly and ready to help with what's needed. We only saw him twice, because everything at the house worked pefectly!, but we had an excellent conversation with him those two times. The location is perfect! Walking distance from the center of Rincón, quiet neighborhood. marvellous view to the sea. The roof terrace allowed for an even better view, and although we had to use an alu-ladder to get up there, Yuri spoke to us about his plans to improve it with a stair well a yacuzzi and a grilling area, and I have no doubts he will do it. Inside the house: four big rooms with ACs in perfect condition, plus ceiling fans; large comfortable beds, ample closet space, two rooms with sea view, one with a door to the patio terrace and an extra bathroom. Kitchen and laundry area, living room and dining room, also perfect and big! Outside and around the house...all what you need for a nice vacation near the sea. Plenty of beautiful beaches in Rincón, one of them just 10 minutes walking from the Sky House. Center of Rincón town is perfect for coffee, shopping, beer and drinks, restaurants, arts-festival every Thursday evening, street music. Write to me if you want to hear more praise! :-)
