The refrigerator was clean.

− For starters, check-in starts at 3:00pm and I did not receive a text until 4:30pm telling me that the cleaning crew is still there and may be there when we get there. I’m glad we didn’t get there at three because we would’ve been surprised with people inside the home we were staying in without notice. Also, we had trouble opening the lock to get the key to go inside the home. The microwave didn’t work so when we moved it to try to unplug and plug it back in there was so much dust and food and hair underneath it! The stairs to go up to the loft shake whenever you walk up them so it feels very unsecured. In the loft, there were towels that were dirty. The internet router was unsafe. The cords were deteriorated and the wires were exposed. The pots and pans were not clean plus still had water in them. I’m assuming from when the cleaning crew that washed them. My daughter walked in between the wall and one of the sofas and stepped on a dry cockroach. We ended up cutting our trip short because of the fact that we didn’t want to scrub any more pots or pans to try to cook something. Yes, technically we could have done that but the fact that we knew how they were before we would’ve washed them was just gross in itself.

It was quiet and seemed like a safe neighborhood.

− Couldn’t use the loft because of the ladder. The dishwasher didn’t work. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink didn’t want to drain.

I think it’s a very affordable place to stay and comfortable and close enough to the shore.

The bed I slept in, was extra comfortable. I enjoyed playing one of the games that they had available with my family. Proximity to the beach was OK. Proximity to the swimming pool was good. Kitchen supplies was very good.

− I didn’t like not having a table inside the unit. And no coffee table either. It gets a little cramp inside. The mosquitoes were too annoying to stay out outside and use the picnic tables, though we did like the picnic tables outside. You have to go through the bedrooms to get to the bathrooms so the person’s up in the loft have to go through the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. And not that many towels. I did bring my own. I wasn’t sure how long it would take to use the washing machine available so I did not use it.

All around easy and relaxing stay! Thank you for being so helpful and generous!

Very cute, spacious, comfy and tidy!

− Only how far from beach access as well as we thought there was a pool per the photos upon booking, but no problem either way! No real complaints!
