− Decía sala y habitación. Solo había una habitación. Decía 2 camas. Solo había 1. El piso esta inclinado. Habia olor a humedad. No se identifica con facilidad el edificio, ni el departamento,

5.0cheap stay, staff were pretty helpful on message
− The code didn’t work to get in so we had to manually use a key from a key box and then return it each time we used it (weren’t allowed to take it out with us which I understand but not the most convenient!) The sofa bed isn’t great and not suitable for more than one night. There were no spare sheets for the sofa bed and as we booked for 3 adults we thought this would be ready for us. Took several messages and hours to finally get the sheets but there was no comforter. There were also no batteries for the AC.
Horrible experience.
1.0Not a thing, but unfortunately we didn’t have the money to pay that amount twice.
− Let’s see…we got there and they said it was clean…there was a used tampon by the bed, dishes in the dishwasher, the smell of a dead animal, the door in the kitchen didn’t lock and led to a stairway to outside, that also didn’t lock, there was a shooting on the alley outside the window, washing machine didn’t work…all of that later, and I still haven’t received my security deposit back, but they sure sent me the receipt for it. And Booking didn’t help at all.
It's a cheap place to stay, don't expect anything other than a cheap place with minimal accomodation
7.0Decent location, washer and dryer worked, private parking off street
− Broken furniture, there was hardly anything in the kitchen to cook with. 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for a week stay. There was only 1 set of batteries to share between the HVAC remote and the TV remote. Washer and dryer were dirty, water pressure was poor.
