Close to pollenca town and is easily walkable. The property felt safe with electric gates and was not overlooked making it feel very private. The outside space has lots of different sections to allow you to escape the sun and heat if it was too hot. The inside is cool and very well designed. It includes two twin rooms opposite each other with a small corridor between them. This was ideal for my wife and two children. There was also a separate double room with an ensuite. There was also a separate double bedroom with an en-suite which was in a separate but very close building. This was ideal for my brother in law and his partner. A cleaner came halfway through the week and was incredible. A really great place for families.

Fantastic villa

The villa was perfect for our family. Myself, my partner and our 5 children enjoyed the space thoroughly. The beautiful mountain views were a lovely sight to wake up to. The pool was a perfect size, the gate around the pool was amazing and rare to find. We could not have lived without it as we have a 1 and 2 year old running around. The play area was fantastic for the children, the villa was well equipped with everything we needed. I was able to do my washing, which as a mother of 5 was great as I haven't returned home with any dirty clothes! Any issues with the villa were dealt with very quickly. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Apple tv was great for the kids to settle down and watch a film on a rainy day. The villa was in a great location, we hired a car but it was only a short distance to Alcudia and Port Pollença. We walked to la brasserie round the corner which was a lovely little resturant. The cleaners came on Wednesday and did a thorough job too which was lovely. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a great bonus as it was needed on the warmer nights. We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning to Pollença again as it was a beautiful place. I highly recommend this villa. Thank you for letting us stay.

− The only issue I would say is the main villa doesnt have alot of hot water to go around. The anex has a separate water supply which was great as one or two showers in the main house and there was no more hot water for anyone else. Which was a slight issue as there was 8 of us. But it was a minor in the grand scheme of things. If you're visiting in late July or August make sure you take as many things to repel the mosquitos.. I think I have around 70 bites. They are rife this time of year!

Great for children - fence around pool, sandpit, slide and trampoline. Really clean and great communication from management via WhatsApp.

− Slight lack of storage space for food but it wasn’t a problem.

Beautiful traditional villa in a great location walking distance to Pollenca old town. Peaceful setting overlooking the mountains. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. The villa was immaculately clean and fresh towels/linens provided. Host quickly responded to any queries. Perfect for kids with the sand pit/ play area and the fenced pool. We had a wonderful family holiday here.

lovely clean and beautiful villa. We were 2 families staying with 4 children and the pool and sand pit area were perfect.

− we didn’t realise that the second bedroom was an annexe outside and not in the main house.
