Efficient, functional and comfortable holiday at 4 star hotel in Mysore
8.0Good breakfast spread at Verandah restaurant. Our Queen suite room was excellent. The KA16 rooftop restaurant was also good. The hotel is well located for touristic spots of ranganathittu bird sanctuary, brindavan garden, KRS Dam and Srirangpatna.
− (1) Staff in general were stiff (not warm, not friendly) and efficient. I would have preferred more friendly staff who were well trained to be efficient AS WELL AS friendly & warm. (2) Room service ordering was a little below par because they sometimes sent orders without adequate cutlery. The room service experience needs to be improved significantly (3) The travel desk needs to arm themselves with a few "value for money" options for sightseeing and drop offs to local tourist spots. I found some of their suggestions overpriced.
