9.0Очень хороший номер. Хозяин такой милый человек, встретил, заселил, все обьяснил. Аппартаменты небольшие, но уютные, есть все необходимое. С лифтом проблем не было. Максимум ожидания пару минут. Хорошая локация, все рядом. Спасибо большое.

9.0Удобное месторасположение, рядом есть всё необходимое. В квартире довольно просторно, тихо и чисто.

9.0Ein Lob und Dank an die Vermieterin und auch an ihre Schwester. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde umgehend freundlich und flexibel reagiert. Da ich öfter in Batumi bin, habe ich Vergleiche zu Orbi und anderen Apartments. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut und schnell, da man bereits auf mich wartete. Wer Batumi kennt, weiß, dass das nicht immer so gut abläuft. Die Wohnung ist durchdacht ausgestattet und hat auch einen Staubsauger. Die Situation am Lift war mit 3-8 Minuten erträglich, obwohl statt 4 nur 2 Lifts in Betrieb waren. Ich kann das Apartment und vor allem die Vermieterin empfehlen.
− Die Baustellen im Gebäude sind zwar ärgerlich und im Sommer unlogisch, aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts. Das Apartment daneben wurde offensichtlich renoviert und es gab am Tag einigen Lärm. Die Taxifahrer haben offensichtlich Schwierigkeiten mit der Adresse und halten häufig weiter entfernt als nötig.

10.0Famous stay for a very reasonable price in an amazing area of Batumi. The check in was facilitated well and the apartment was very well equipped. We recommend to anyone in the area! (The view was superb).
