Overly priced, needed a good clean, but excellent location.

− The cleanliness of the shower was terrible. There was mould on the ceiling, the shower was really dirty with scum, and the bottom of the shower door was filled with mould and dirt. The two couches were really uncomfortable and the throw blankets were dirty. Several cockroaches came out at night with no food left out. One towel had holes in it and the other had a stain. Needed a good clean. The main sliding door didn’t lock properly nor did the fly wire door. Too much rust everywhere.

Beautiful setting but property neglected. Private management unresponsive.

− Many maintenance issues. Dampness, lack of safe heating, access via side of house difficult, linen torn, couches uncomfortable, laundry / bathroom door jamming, dining table needs attention, light globes, no welcome pack (tea bags etc)
