A perfect house, with a perfect space for children’s. Close to the beach.

O casuta frumoasa, cu tot ce e nevoie si curata. Am fost doua familii, fiecare cu cate doi copii. Plaja foarte aproape draguta, dar recomandam plaja din Nea Flogita, care se afla la 2 km.

OK, dar e nevoie de ajustari

Plajele din apropiere sunt frumoase, dar intrarea in mare este adanca. Cam dupa 50-60 m de la mal se gaseste din nou adancime mica. Plaja e cu nisip, se poate sta si la sezlong si cu umbrela proprie. De la bar se poate comanda in orice suma se doreste pentru a beneficia de sezlong. Faleza e in apropiere, daca se merge dupa semnul cu Nea Plagia se gaseste si viata de noapte - magazine, terase, multime. Curtea e potrivita pentur copii, baia cu dus din exterior e foarte utila ...si necesara. Terasa e mare, potrivita sa manance toata lumea acolo. Aerul conditionat functioneaza si e un plus faptul ca sunt 3 in toata casa.

− Noi am fost 2 familii, 9 persoane in total si ne-au lipsit de la cazare: o oala mai mare (erau 4 in total insa toate de dimensiuni medii sau mici), tigaie (nu este deloc), un cutit bun mai mare (este unul tesit si nefolositor, in rest doar mici), prosop de bucatarie, detergent si burete de vase, prosoape/ lavete de bucatarie, sapun de maini la baie, hartie igienica. Becul intr-o camera era ars si nu mergea, peretele dusului din plexiglas era spart, iar plasele de tantari de la mai multe ferestre erau stricate (multi tantari). Curentul se tot intrerupea datorita apei calde pe care o foloseam la dus. Proprietarul a trimis pe cineva care sa remedieze insa acesta a pornit incalzirea in pardoseala :)). Locurile de dormit nu sunt foarte comode, a fost nevoie ca doi copii sa doarma pe salteaua noastra ca sa doarma bine.

Once you improve the cleaning everything will be perfect.

It is just a 3 minute walk from a wonderful beach strech. The house has a very nice yard, good for kids.

− It wasn’t very clean overall, also not the bedsheets nor some of the towels.

Property is amazing for the value. The host is very kind. House location is 15 minutes away from village center (slow walking) Villa has two parking spots Living and dining area is very wide and kids enjoyed running around

− We didnt like the nearest beach straight forward from the house, as beach is not regulated and its close to boats. There is a metal tube going into the sea and we assume its for the dirt canal water.

A nice place in a nice location, excellent for quiet vacation.

The location was excellent. It is very close to a small beach, but very nice. It is not overcrowded, even during weekends. The support of the host was excellent. We will probably come back in the next occasion. The apartment is rather comfortable for 4-5 people. We were with two children and enjoyed our stay. The main advantage was that it is a quiet and beautiful location of private villas, but still next to shops and restaurants and everything one needs.
