10.0We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Andrew and the team were incredible hosts and made us feel so very welcome. The views were breathtaking and the villas are beautifully designed and peaceful. The food and drink options were plentiful and delicious. Passion fruit picked fresh from the veranda for my cocktail watching the sunset was a highlight! The staff were so attentive to all our needs and looked after us and our children so well. The treatments at the spa were outstanding. There is a beach down the hill which is beautifully secluded and we had a brilliant day out snorkelling and visiting the pink beaches in the area. The whole place has such a warm and friendly atmosphere and I can’t recommend a stay here enough. Home from home! Thank you Lobster bay team for a truly memorable stay!

They were not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely warm and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for our family. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the evening, the scenery is so spectacular that it feels like an attraction in itself — truly unforgettable. We were also deeply touched by the generous surprise arranged for our daughter’s birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make her day special, and it’s a memory we will all cherish for a long time. Overall, we highly recommend staying at the Lobster Bay Hotel, especially for families.

10.0It was simply amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, without ever being intrusive – just the right balance. The accommodation is located a bit outside of Kuta, about 20–30 minutes by scooter, but the peace and the view are absolutely unique. We would come back anytime, without hesitation.
