1.0− In many years of traveling, I have never had such a bad experience. The administration requested an excessive amount of information over an entire week, as if we were boarding an airplane rather than booking accommodation. Despite a confirmed and fully paid reservation, our booking had not been properly registered. We waited for two hours outside the building without being allowed to enter and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation late at night. This experience was completely unacceptable.

9.0La habitación es muy cómoda, muy completa, el estacionamiento amplio y aunque la calle parece peligrosa, en realidad no lo es y el lugar por dentro está bonito.
− La regadera tiene una puertita que es muy dura y rechina. También en épocas de calor, el ventilador no basta, ayudaría tener un clima. También creo que deberían informar antes de que reserves el depósito de $2,000.
