3.0− The instructions to access the property were incorrect requiring a phone call for assistance, the back glass door to the beach was unlocked when we arrived necessitating a safety search, several of the bath towels were dirty or unwashed which made us uncomfortable using the remaining towels, there were stains on the surface of the sofa so we didn't want to sit down, the coffee maker was not working in the morning and sparked when plugged in and there were only two very tattered coffee cups to choose from as well. We felt very uncomfortable and left after one night even though we'd paid for three nights.
