8.0The property is as described, in a good location, and the host is accommodating and responsive to requests. The space is also well designed and spacious.
− There were bad stains on the sofa and some stains on the bed linen as well. It would've also been nice to have some water in the apartment, at least one bottle.
Very nice apartment. We had a good experience.
9.0The apartment was very nice. All necessary amenities were available and everything was working and functioning properly. Getting in and checking out was easy. No hassle. Rooms were big enough and clean. Bathrooms were clean and had running hot water. Kitchen was functional. Location was also good. We will surely re-book if we visit Colombo again.
Poor start to our trip
1.0Such a shame, this apartment has a lot of potential however Witch is not clean. The bedsheets were not changed from the previous guests. The standard of cleanliness was very poor. We requested to see the ring doorbell CCTV and then we were given false information from the host and the caretaker and a lot of other random stories when we wanted to see the CCTV footage of who entered the apartment when we were occupying it which we never were given in the end.
