10.0The property was exactly as described, spotless clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. The location was ideal, and the check-in process was seamless. 5.0Ideal location for local shops nice size and could not fault it on first appearance
− My partner had to spend 2 hours of first night cleaning to her standards pubic hair found in bath floors were dirty obviously not been cleaned. Heating was a pain had to phone staff where they had to switch boiler on at their side as no central heating had to put the booster on to heat water as there was no hot water on arrival and still waiting for my damage deposit back as I’ve been back for over one week. Waste of time first night spent cleaning and went out back for cigarette and saw that the neighbours had a camera pointing at house obviously for security as they don’t know who is coming in and out of property (privacy issue)
