− Obras en el edificio, aire acondicionado salón roto. No había cafetera.

9.0Estuvimos el año pasado en un apartamento del mismo bloque y este a pesar de tener la misma distribución, está muy bien equipado y resulta realmente acogedor. Me encantó el sofá y la cama, muy cómoda. Tiene un gran balcón que da a una de las habitaciones y al salón y, al tener tela mosquitera en absolutamente todas las ventanas, por la noche se estaba en la gloria con todo abierto. Por cierto, da gusto ducharse en un sitio con tanta presión de agua.
− La únicas pega que le pongo es que el aire acondicionado no daba aire frio, aunque, cómo he dicho, con la propia corriente del apartamento se está muy agusto. Además hay ventiladores de techo.

7.0Good, quiet location. Nice, well equipped with a balcony and a view of the courts and the sea.
− There was a major renovation going on in the area. So there was increased noise and dust, I estimate it will continue until about 04/2026. But I still recommend the apartment. There was good communication with the owner.
