All 4 emails contain the same error oh, but as a customer of Jellis Craig Short Stays Sorrento, you have to think twice about your complains because they will gas light you into thinking you are in the wrong. Absolutely heartbreaking to think that there are fellow Ozzies like this scamming us holiday makers. Never had I come across such cut-throat agents who will go to such lengths to put you out hundreds of dollars. No apologies at all, think negotiating with a spoilt brat. $300 bucks can get me a new wardrobe. Thanks Jellis Craigs for the memories. I hope holiday makers will read your reviews. How can there be that many people saying this. I will never get my money back but now after coming across this review page, which I should have done before, I can see why. Your money is not honestly earned. Now, even saying things like I'm breaking in and saying that you offered to supply linen is false and I had circulated the same email to all in the travel group. Saying that the fan had worked when your team came out to verify it didn't work is also another lie. Saying I refuse to pay is another lie. I offered to meet you halfway. For someone I have never met in my life, I am wondering how it got to this? I have never come across this much contempt for my travel group and it is sad my first google review is for this! You must be held accountable for not acknowledging that you can just take funds out of my account without consent. And it appears you are not sorry.
