Beautiful place and location
10.0It’s a beautifully fitted out property in a great location. All is very new and well kept. The kitchen is really well kitted out of you want to cook. Great that it has two bathrooms.
− Maybe some additional plates and glasses wouldn’t go amiss so that you don’t have to put the dishwasher on after every meal. Don’t forget your ear plugs if you are not out partying at the local pub. Thankfully it finishes at 12am.

10.0Everything was as described - no surprises. Very clean and well appointed. Everything worked. Great communications.
− Totnes is an ancient town with narrow streets - parking is a premium. It was excellent to have a reserved space but a little closer would have been icing on the cake. Given the location though - parking a short distance away is no real penalty.

10.0The space is really well designed. The hosts also left many small things (like cooking oil, washing up liquid, tea) to make the stay more comfortable. The location is great. We were a little worried about noise from the main road but this was not a problem. Car parking space is a shirt walk from the cottage which is great.
