− 大浴場が入れ替え制で、人気が全然ないところで鍵もない扉を開けるとすぐに脱衣所が見え、女性客にとってはとても不安。 第二駐車場のサインが分かりにくく、結局コインパーキングを利用した。

8.0el hotel es bastante comodo y muy japones cuenta con baños termales tipo japones con una bonita vista a un bosque estando dentro del agua, un lugar muy silencioso parecido al hotel del resplandor jajajajja no en la arquitectura sino que mas bien en el ambiente que se siente, esta serva del teleferico de hakone y se puede salir a caminar por los alrrededores del lago, ojo es muy poco poblado y con poco comercio en los alrrededores.

− 朝食込みで予約したはずなのに、朝食なしになっていた。
