1.0Die Eigentümer Familie, die das Hotel betreibt war freundlich, wie man es in einem Hotel erwartet.
− Das Hotel, man kann es nicht anders sagen verrottet. Seine Glanzzeiten sind lange her. Alles riecht modrig. Das Hotel ist groß und es ist offensichtlich dass die Familie es nicht schafft sauber zu halten, überall in den Fluren Spinnweben in der nicht genutzten Bar tote Insekten. Die Teppiche in den Fluren sind schmutzig und nur noch ein Schatten ihrer selbst. Alle Bilder die an den Wänden hängen sind verblichen, angeschimmelt und verstaubt. So geht es auch bei den Onsen weiter. Die letzte Renovierung ist 30 Jahre her, das Holzbecken besteht fast nur noch aus Kitmasse, die gekachelten Becken setzen Moos an. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Frechheit!

8.0I love how the staff are kind and provide us with our request for the food. They even lent us the bath for just for us for entirely one hour.
− I wish they can pick us up on car to the bus stop instead of asking us to walk to bus station... i know its near, but its kinda cold after they said that they gonna take us up there by car last night
