Great family home from home, perfect for the more relaxed and quiet holiday makers ☺️

Our first time in Portugal and we loved it. My daughter loved the pool and we made very good use of it. Family of 6 and we had lots of space, never felt crowded. Our host Kaz, very kindly drove us to Aldi for our shopping after we told her we done a small shop at Apolonia…very expensive 🫠 Fusion sports bar on the corner was handy for the football and afternoon refreshments. Bbq was a great addition as was the fake owls on the rooftop to deter the seagulls as there is a lot of them, especially in the morning. Well worth getting up for the sunrise and having a cuppa up there. Quiet area so perfect for a relaxing holiday.

− Few things to note and in my personal opinion put me off slightly. Firstly, there are cameras inside the house which is not stated on any of the booking platforms. I feel this needs to be noted especially if people, like myself, book this with children. Secondly, I went to the basement one afternoon and found the garage door slightly open. It was only then I realised that this garage does not lock and is accessible from the outside. Although this is a nice area you can never be sure and knowing we left the house many times with all our belongings and passports inside was a bit worrying. Thirdly, we checked in quite late and had to pay and additional €50. I feel this check in process is unnecessary especially at 11:30 at night when you are paying €50 just to be given a key, when there is no check out process other than leave the keys inside. So if there is no host to check you out, why do you need one to check you in?

Villa is in an excellent location Close to the beach and close to a selection of bars and restaurants, also Apolonia supermarket is close.
