− Más pequeño de lo que se veía en las fotos publicadas, el acceso al apartamento ubicado en un octavo piso, hacia necesario pasar por una serie de locales de ventas de bebidas con fuerte olor a cigarrillos que penetraba hasta el apto. dando una mala apariencia y sensación de peligro. El baño, tiene el área de la ducha muy pequeña.
