1.0Good location
− I checked out prematurely (no refund) after 4 nights in a 7 night stay. Booked the 2 bedroom apartment on the top level. Comments made below are specific to my case and context 1. Check in instructions poorly worded and unclear. This is linked to point 2. Had multiple luggage but didn’t realize that there were two doors at the small back car park - one leading to the lift which was located at the end of the building. Found out the hard way. Not stated in the ‘welcome’ email AND lift stops one level below the top level at the other end of the building. The location of the 2 br apartments are designed to frustrate. 2. This is a fully SELF SERVICE apartment with more restrictions than an Airbnb. It’s also centrally supported by a very small customer service crew. If there is a problem (and we had many) , it can only be resolved the next 1-2 days. Apartment had only 2 hangers and kettle was not cleaned. Took multiple calls to get more hangers 3. When CS cannot answer you will be forwarded to a terribly unfriendly AI who will require you to fill in all your check in details - don’t do that, just keep calling 4. CS staff are courteous but not well trained. Often they do not know the layout of the development and apartment. When I reported that the lift broke down, they asked which one (there’s only one lift). Same with other problems highlighted 5. Apartments are NOT air conditioned. Do note that the apartments can get quite hot and stuffy in the summer! Even hotter as it traps heat. Development will only provide one small fan and no more. 6. Unit had one set of keys. For a large apartment this is not ideal. Do beware if you’re a family booking 7. Super small double beds - I’m not a big guy yet found it very uncomfortable If you’re a solo traveler with limited luggage staying in winter or fall - perhaps this could be a decent location
