10.0The host was great, very helpful and the room clean and spacious - help with transport was appreciated too, the driver was ideal for my trip around Goa
− Out of season so no catering but for the price the room but be about the best value anywhere- it was great
A good stay at budget can be improved in cleaning and maintenance of the property.

− The washroom and bed were not clean, it had hairs and other human waste from previous occupants. The washroom didn't have any ventilation, so all the humidity and smells were coming into the room.
