7.0Me gustó la atención de la recepcionista y los de la cocina. Incluso en el desayuno aunque no tenían tortilla para mi desayuno, me dieron opciones y fueron amables.
− Como viajo por trabajo, batallé mucho para que me pudieran facturar. Tengan en mente eso porque tardaron varios días en facturarme porque aparte se cruzó con un fin de semana. También juraría que el lugar decía que tenía estacionamiento, pero solo tiene los lugares apartados en la calle afuera del hotel. Si son extra precavidos con sus vehiculos, tomen a consideración eso.

9.0Excelente desayuno, lo recomendamos ampliamente, el servicio es excelente. La atención en recepción, excelente. La habitación nos gustó mucho, supero nuestras expectativas.
− En una ocasión se escucho a unas personas discutiendo, no supimos por qué y ni quisimos saber. Sugerimos tener cuidado y tratar esos temas en un lugar privado, ya que es incomodo para los clientes el estar escuchando discusiones entre el personal. Otra área de oportunidad es durante la noche en ocasiones se escuchaba muy fuerte la música de la calle. Y por último, a veces batallamos para encontrar dónde estacionarnos.
