Worst place ever! NO hot water at all, no adequate heating for January, we had to leave! No help!
2.0the bedroom on the first floor! Nice little hanging robe! The bed was clean abd very comfy! Bathroom very clean as was the property downstairs! Floors were immaculately clean!
− We had NO HOT WATER whatsoever!!! Not in the kitchen and not in the bathroom! How were we expected to stay for 3 days without a shower? The kitchen was awful! We are vegan and knowing the vegan places were few and far between, and maybe shut in low season, we bought food from a local supermarket. We found dreadful scratched pans with fithly grease encrusted bases! So had to spend ages trying to find somewhere to eat on the 1st night! There is no coffee machine only some ancient pot thing! There wasnt even a cloth/tea towel, not one dishwasher tablet! some of the crockery, glasses were dirty but we couldnt wash them, no cloth no hot water! The fridge seemed clean but was stained yellow inside the door, edges and the door! Very awful looking! I could not put food in those pans!. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom had not been filled! When I called the management company, they told me to check the massive gas cylinder and if it was empty...change it??? Totally unacceptable! I asked them if they could help with the no water situation I explained the gas stove was working but there was no hot water! They did not reply to that, instead when I said we would have to leave and find a hotel, there was no apology no sympathy just ok do that! The place was very cold in the evening, my husband is 71 years old I am 61 we were shivering, and we stayed out in the place we had to eat in as it was so warm there to AVOID coming back to that damp, cold univiting mangy old house! There was evidence of damp all around the walls in the entrance, around the door, and dining room walls! This place is not fit to rent out to holiday makers and should be removed! Parking outside is awful, we heard bibbing, arguing all the time as the road is so narrow!
