10.0Un grand merci au responsable de l'hôtel pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Il est toujours présent pour aider et répondre aux besoins des clients, avec une attention remarquable. Son sens du service est tel qu'on hésite presque à le solliciter de peur de le déranger. Une personne exceptionnelle qui contribue grandement à rendre le séjour agréable.

9.0L'accueil très chaleureux et la gentillesse du propriétaire ; les petits déjeuners délicieux sur la terrasse sur le toit, qui offre une vue magnifique sur Oujda jusqu'aux collines de l'Algérie ; la fontaine d'eau filtrée à disposition ; la localisation dans la Médina

10.0Nous étions un groupe de 9. Deux couples avec 5 enfants. Nous avons bénéficié d un accueil irréprochable, Lotfi est un hôte chaleureux qui sait prendre soin des visiteurs. Il a prit le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité du petit déjeuner servi sur le toit terrasse ainsi que le coucher du soleil la veille. Literie très confortable, rien ne manque dans les chambres. L' emplacement idéal au cœur de la ville ,à la porte du souk. Notre seul regret c'est d' être resté une seule nuit.

Great stay, and I felt very safe, like staying with an older brother.
10.0The breakfast was very good and very nourishing. I am used to having a big breakfast, but this is the first time that I was not able to finish all that was prepared in front of me. The owner was very generous with his time. My not being able to speak any French was not a problem. Lofti, the owner had to initiative to use his cell phone to act as a translator for the two of us. He also showed me around the neighborhood, and gave me a first hand experience of interacting with the neighborhood and local community. Looking forward to my next visit.
− Before my trip, I suffered a head injury, and am still trying to recover. So, any bad experience that I may have, could be attributed to this experience. So, I do not have any bad comments at the moment. I do wonder what it would be like if the weather becomes hotter than what I have experienced, or when it is cold.
