− Could be a little cleaner the garden steps are becoming overgrown so needs cutting back for easier access to garden seating areas.
Lovely modern 4 bedroom house (steep steps to front door)
6.0Clean comfortable house. Modern decor throughout especially impressed with kitchen and bathroom. Nice views
− For our party 4 bedrooms was a requirement/bonus so at least one more toilet would be better. Lovely hot shower but a little too hot at times so instructions for shower/kitchen appliances would be useful as well as info on local area/shops/chemist etc. It would be helpful to give some warning of how steep the approach is to the house in the car. Also 'parking for 2 cars' a little optimistic as finding an available space for one car was hit and miss. The steps up to the house are also very steep - worth mentioning to anyone who struggles with stairs.

10.0Lovely house, plenty of space for us, lots of nice touches (soap, towels, condiments, games), clean. Great, prompt communication from hosts and easy access to key. Great location, only 30 mins from Pen-y-fan, lots of shops, pubs, fish and chips, etc nearby. We will book again next year!
− Not a dislike, more a warning... there are a lot of steep steps into and around the property. Some visitors might find it difficult if they have mobility issues. After a walk up pen-y-fan, we found the steps up to the back patio a little challenging.
