− Yard and garden overgrown, bathroom and toilet wasn’t entirely clean, hair bands and used soap still in shower from previous occupants, shower screens and floors dirty with what seemed to be soap scum. Kitchen rubbish in the sink and what seemed to be crumbs and food material on the bench top, carpets not cleaned thoroughly.
